About the role
This role will lead continuous improvement work focused on process discipline, productivity, and measurable operating gains. You will partner with operational leaders and project stakeholders to standardize workflows, identify bottlenecks, and improve execution quality. The position offers the opportunity to create measurable efficiency gains and scalable operational improvements within a life sciences environment.
Responsibilities
- Implement patient services programs for the company products
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance patient services strategy
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives throughout the program lifecycle
- Manage project execution for Patient Services Projects across various departments
- Serve as a liaison for discussions related to Patient Services operations
- Develop expertise in Patient Services CRM and provide training to users
- Oversee team performance and promote a culture of continuous learning
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, marketing, or equivalent experience
- 8+ years' experience in the pharmaceutical/healthcare environment with a focus on patient advocacy and reimbursement
- Demonstrated ability to adapt in a fast-paced and evolving environment
- Experience with decision support in patient access
- Strong understanding of HIPAA compliance
- Proven track record of driving results in complex environments
