Associate Director, Palm Beach

Position Summary

FIDF is seeking a full-time Associate Chapter Director to support and expand the Chapter for a non-profit agency. The role focuses on achieving results that align with the organization's fundraising goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and manage a work plan, set goals, and implement plans to steward existing donors.
• Create and manage pipeline reports to support chapter growth.
• Serve as a resource to local Board members engaged in prospect/donor cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship.
• Utilize the CRM platform for donor relationship management.
• Create and manage peer-to-peer fundraising campaigns, as needed.
• Work with the National Development Operations and Marketing for campaign-related materials.
• Manage the planning and implementation of special events for donor recognition and fundraising.
• Support office operations, manage, facilitate, and implement communications.
• Collaborate with the Southeast team members on special projects.
• Assume other responsibilities as requested.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college/university preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of fundraising experience.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 applications required, with experience using CRM tools, especially Raisers Edge preferred.
• Experience using MS PowerPoint for creating presentations.
• Ability to travel locally and occasional evenings and Sundays required.
