Associate Director, Paid Search
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary client contact for paid search strategy and performance discussions.
- Develop and present strategic roadmaps, testing plans, and growth opportunities tailored to client goals.
- Proactively identify areas for optimization and innovation across accounts.
- Oversee end-to-end execution of paid search campaigns, including account setup, budget pacing, optimization, and reporting.
- Actively manage campaigns and monitor performance across Google Ads, Google Ads Editor, Microsoft Ads, and SA360.
- Establish testing frameworks and innovation pipelines to continuously improve results.
- Translate insights into actionable next steps that drive measurable client impact.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure campaign execution aligns with client objectives.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members, ensuring best practices are consistently applied.
- Deliver clear, data-driven performance reports and insights to clients – diving into the “why” behind the data.
- Recommend testing strategies, budget allocation shifts, and bid strategy adjustments based on performance trends.
- Ensure accuracy, consistency, and timeliness of reporting.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of relevant paid search experience.
- Hands-on experience in managing monthly campaign budgets of $500k+.
- Experience with Google Ads, SA360, Microsoft Ads, and Google Ads Editor.
- Meticulous attention to detail.
- PREFERRED BUT NOT REQUIRED: Experience with GA4, Experience with Shopping, Vehicle Ads, and Performance Max campaigns, Google Ads and Microsoft Ads certification.

Salary Range
The salary range for this role is $80,000 - $120,000, depending on location and experience.
