Paid Search
- Develop long-term execution plans that align with client business objectives.
- Implement these plans and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure success.
- Demonstrate analytical skills to extract meaningful insights from data.
- Lead and manage a team of search professionals, assigning tasks, tracking progress, and ensuring consistent campaign execution.
- Provide regular training and mentorship to develop junior team members.
- Effectively present strategic and tactical plans to clients, staff, and internal teams.
- Build strong relationships with clients and maintain open communication.
- Oversee forecasting, budgeting, and pacing for search campaigns.
- Ensure efficient allocation of resources and optimize campaign performance within budget constraints.
- Understand business concepts and client objectives to identify opportunities for campaign expansion and growth.
- Support the team in the strategic vision of all paid search asset creation with a test/learn/scale mindset.
- Act as a quality assurance check all paid search account management deliverables.
- Work with broader investment / strategic leadership.
- Drive best practices in managing platform execution and produce POV.
Qualifications
- Relevant post-secondary education, training, or equivalent experience.
- 6+ years of relevant Paid Search Experience and 4+ years managing junior team members.
- In-depth understanding of Paid Search campaign management and optimization practices; good knowledge/understanding of social, video, search retargeting, and other online advertising opportunities.
- Deep understanding of search engine algorithms and best practices.
- Hands on keyboard experience with: Google Ads, MSFT Ads, bid management tools like SA360, SKAI or Marin, Adobe or Google Analytics, experience troubleshooting site tags, experience in multiple AI buying agents such as Google, Bing Performance Max, advance usage of Scripts, strong analytical skills and ability to leverage data to drive decision-making.
- Proactive self-starter who enjoys a fast-paced, results-oriented agency and work environment.
- A team player and committed to training, and cross-functional collaboration and communication.
- Strong management, mentoring, coaching and career/growth facilitation skills with your direct team.
- Strong program management and organizational skills, being able to manage multiple projects, deadlines and priorities with ease.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
- Experience leading and managing teams, with a proven ability to develop and mentor talent.
- Test, Learn and Scale mindset.
Benefits
New York: $70,000.00-$125,000.00 Omnicom’s policy requires employees to work in the office for a minimum of three days a week, unless additional in-office days are directed by their agency or manager. Our objective is to increase this requirement over time, and many of our agencies as well as Omnicom’s corporate group already require five days of in-office attendance.
