Responsibilities
- Demonstrate knowledge of regional healthcare industry trends and customer segments
- Lead the negotiation of customer contracts to achieve access and business objectives
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement brand strategies and deliver portfolio value
- Develop account strategies aligning with both short-term and long-term goals for patient access and engagement
- Influence diverse teams and facilitate collaboration during complex problem-solving situations
- Engage with key leaders in community clinics and health systems for business-to-business engagement
- Identify and secure product adoption opportunities within target customers to drive growth
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred
- At least 10 years of pharmaceutical experience, with 3-5 years in GPO, MSO, and Non-Acute clinic account management or sales management
- Experience in infusion site of care settings is preferred
- Proven account management skills with success in market sales growth and product profitability
- Familiarity with contract purchase performance and data agreements

$170,000 – $200,000 annually
