Associate Director of Housing and Community Integration
About the role
The Associate Director of Housing and Community Integration oversees outreach, shelter, housing, and community-based programs in their defined area. They directly supervise management-level staff over these specific programs and ensure they maintain compliance with contract requirements, meet productivity requirements, and achieve program-defined outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage outreach, shelter, housing, and community-based programs.
- Directly supervise management-level staff over these specific programs.
- Ensure programs maintain compliance with contract requirements, meet productivity requirements, and achieve program-defined outcomes.
- Develop training plans for assigned managers and staff to address gaps in care.
- Work with managers on reviewing innovative approaches to service delivery and guiding them through implementation.
- Partner with the CBI finance department on grant management and budget tracking.
- Maintain program compliance.
- Represent Community Bridges within the community, seeking out new partnerships and funding opportunities to expand the Community Bridges continuum and improve the system of care.
- Liaise between the CBI Patient Centered Medical Homes, Crisis, and Inpatient units and Housing and Community Integration resources and knowledge.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED.
- Associates degree or higher in a field related to behavioral health preferred.
- Recovery from Alcohol or Drugs and/or GMH for at least 1 consecutive year preferred.
- 1-3 years of grant writing experience, program development, and/or grant monitoring.
- Current AZ Driver's License (valid and in good standing).
- Clear 39-month Motor Vehicle Record.
- Behavioral Health Technician (BHT) certification in accordance with A.A.C. R9-10-101.33 and CBI Clinical Policies and Procedures.
- Peer Certification (if applicable).
- AZ Fingerprint Clearance card (if applicable).
- Jail Clearance (if applicable).
