About the Role
As the Community Housing Associate Director, you will provide leadership and oversight for the development, implementation, and operation of programs serving transition-age youth. This position partners with organizational leadership to oversee the operations of Rapid Rehousing, Independent Living, Maternity Group Home, Supported Apartments, and other assigned programs.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Services, Social Work, Sociology, Psychology, Counseling, or a related field, or a combination of education and experience equal to four years.
- Familiarity with at-risk youth behaviors and barriers.
- Knowledge of the St. Charles area, neighborhoods, and available services.
- Supervisory experience and experience working with at-risk youth.
- Ability to obtain CPR certification and a Class E Driver’s License.
- Grants writing experience preferred.

Pay
This is a salaried position starting at $60,000 per year.
