Responsibilities
- Aid students in site selection and review of practicum and internship applications.
- Maintain oversight of student practicum performance and adherence to all requirements.
- Track and analyze data related to practicum and internship placements.
- Provide guidance on remediation plans for students facing challenges.
- Create and maintain relationships with practicum site supervisors and monitor their performance.
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of clinical training coursework.
- Engage in department-level strategic planning initiatives.
Qualifications
- Doctoral-level, licensed psychologist or equivalent certification with the potential to obtain licensure within two years.
- Experience in supervision and training of graduate students.
- Teaching experience at the post-secondary level.
