About the role
For our client, we are seeking an Associate Director Medical Affairs Strategy - Pulmonary Hypertension And Fibrosis to join the team of a leader in the Pharmaceuticals & Biotech space. This role will turn data into practical insight that improves visibility, decision-making, and business performance. You will partner with business, technical, and operational stakeholders to build reporting, surface trends, and translate analysis into action. The position offers the opportunity to strengthen data-driven execution and help teams focus on the metrics that matter most within a life sciences environment.
Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute Medical Affairs plans aligning with program strategy
- Provide strategic medical input to cross-functional partners
- Build and maintain relationships with external experts and stakeholders
- Support data generation strategy and publication priorities
- Collaborate on scientific communication materials and training
- Manage annual budget for medical activities
- Integrate innovative ideas and best practices into strategies
Qualifications
- MD, PharmD, or PhD required
- 3+ years of experience in Medical Affairs
- Understanding of launch planning essential
- Global experience or multi-region experience preferred
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams
