About the role

For our client, we are seeking an Associate Director Medical Affairs Strategy - Pulmonary Hypertension And Fibrosis to join the team of a leader in the Pharmaceuticals & Biotech space. This role will turn data into practical insight that improves visibility, decision-making, and business performance. You will partner with business, technical, and operational stakeholders to build reporting, surface trends, and translate analysis into action. The position offers the opportunity to strengthen data-driven execution and help teams focus on the metrics that matter most within a life sciences environment.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute Medical Affairs plans aligning with program strategy
  • Provide strategic medical input to cross-functional partners
  • Build and maintain relationships with external experts and stakeholders
  • Support data generation strategy and publication priorities
  • Collaborate on scientific communication materials and training
  • Manage annual budget for medical activities
  • Integrate innovative ideas and best practices into strategies

Qualifications

  • MD, PharmD, or PhD required
  • 3+ years of experience in Medical Affairs
  • Understanding of launch planning essential
  • Global experience or multi-region experience preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams
