Associate Director Media, Search

Responsibilities

• Plan, present and own the success of search engine marketing programs across the largest clients at Syneos Health.
• Lead, mentor and train members of the search team through a search professional development program.
• Develop and implement SOPs governing all aspects of best practice campaign development for the search department.
• Own all areas of campaign development and optimization, from keyword and copy creation to bid management and KPI reporting.
• Provide support to new business through industry analysis and search landscape estimation.
• Routinely author POVs to ensure the team is up to date on the latest search trends and engine algorithm updates.
• Demonstrate outstanding performance in market, exceeding client expectations and KPIs through class-leading search programs.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience leading, executing, and planning both SEM/PPC as well as SEO campaigns.
• Able to put together and present integrated search strategy that includes elements of both SEO and SEM.
• Experience participating in pitches for new business and understanding how to operationalize complex asks during the RFP process.
• Experience interacting directly with clients, building relationships, and seeing great campaigns executed and reported on flawlessly.
• Experience managing and optimizing paid search campaigns across all major search engines. Experience in both SEO and SEM is a must.
• Comfortable analyzing high volumes of data.
• Certification in AdWords, Google Analytics and Bing is strongly encouraged.
• Candidates should be free to travel as-needed to support the business.
• Experience in pharma or healthcare is required.

Pay

The annual base salary for this position ranges from $105,000 to $120,000. The base salary range represents the anticipated low and high of the Syneos Health range for this position. Actual salary will vary based on various factors such as the candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies, and proficiency for the role. In addition, some positions may include eligibility to earn commissions/bonus based on company and/or individual performance.
