Overview
Digitas’ world-class Commerce Media team is responsible for all Retail media activation in this increasingly addressable and shoppable world, including display, video, Sponsored Product Ads and native ad formats. With a deep understanding of media platforms, data, and targeting strategies and razor-sharp analytical skills, our Commerce Media specialists deliver optimal solutions that drive our clients’ business forward. We’re looking for an outstanding Associate Director- Commerce Media—someone who can win the hearts of clients, inspire their teammates, and skillfully juggle multiple brands and/or pieces of business. Responsibilities
- Directing and managing the daily workflow of Digitas’ commerce campaigns, including plan development, campaign activation and maintenance, and post-buy recaps
- Interfacing with media strategy teams to build strategic shopper-focused campaign plans, communicate recommendations, and identify and deliver new solutions in a collaborative fashion
- Serving as a true expert and educating internal commerce media teams on the RMN offerings, RMN search or display campaign setup and optimization strategies
- Assuming accountability and ownership of campaign execution in platforms on Amazon
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with commerce media partners
- Developing and maintaining quality control procedures for campaign implementations
- Understanding and effectively communicating our agency’s value proposition in the commerce space, as related to the growth of current and prospective agency accounts
- Monitoring and reporting on campaign performance
- Participating in forecasting exercises for senior management
Qualifications
- Six to nine years of deep experience in RMN search and display media buying
- Expertise in activating search and display campaigns within Amazon platforms
- Experience with RMN campaign management platforms, such as Pacvue or Skai
- In depth understanding of media planning and programmatic buying
- Proven experience with at least three or more years of people management experience, overseeing three or more reports in an account management/client services team
- Strong fluency with the digital media ecosystem– you know this world by heart and you keep pulse with the rapid changes happening within it – and a clear, solid understanding of the media planning and buying process
- Extensive experience in a client service position or role
- The ability to organize and manage your work and that of the junior staff on the team
- Strong analytical thinking and mathematical skills
- Excellent communication and writing skills—you’re poised, precise, and above all, kind when relating to others
- Strong presentation skills and presenting to key stakeholders or senior leadership with confidence
- Willingness to travel as needed – you’re open to new places, new faces and new ideas
- A four-year college degree
