Associate Director Information Technology

About the role

This role will lead technical initiatives focused on scalable systems, platform reliability, and meaningful business transformation. You will work across engineering, product, operations, and business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into practical technology solutions. Responsibilities

• Coordinate Information Technology support for assigned organizational segment
• Gain understanding of business policies and practices
• Work with leadership to implement IT strategy
• Ensure staff follow IT project management guidelines
• Responsible for vendor management activities
• Administer and manage the IT budget for responsible area
• Mentor staff in IT support and project management best practices

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent (GED) required
• Minimum 2 years of managerial/supervisory experience
• At least 12 years of relevant IT experience
• Strong critical thinking and problem management skills
• Proven leadership and organizational abilities
