You will work across engineering, product, operations, and business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into practical technology solutions. Responsibilities
- Coordinate Information Technology support for assigned organizational segment
- Gain understanding of business policies and practices
- Work with leadership to implement IT strategy
- Ensure staff follow IT project management guidelines
- Responsible for vendor management activities
- Administer and manage the IT budget for responsible area
- Mentor staff in IT support and project management best practices
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or Equivalent (GED) required
- Minimum 2 years of managerial/supervisory experience
- At least 12 years of relevant IT experience
- Strong critical thinking and problem management skills
- Proven leadership and organizational abilities
