About the role
Drive the development and execution of healthcare professional (HCP) marketing strategies and promotional initiatives, partnering cross-functionally to deliver impactful, compliant, and data-driven campaigns focused on Neurologists and other specialty healthcare providers.
Responsibilities
- Lead HCP marketing strategy and execution, developing compliant, clinically relevant promotional materials aligned with brand objectives.
- Drive marketing program implementation, monitor performance, analyze data, and optimize tactics to improve results.
- Partner closely with field teams to incorporate customer insights, identify unmet needs, and refine marketing approaches.
- Manage cross-functional initiatives while collaborating with Medical, Regulatory, Sales, and other stakeholders to ensure successful execution.
- Analyze market research and competitive trends to identify growth opportunities and inform business strategy.
- Build strong stakeholder relationships, support brand planning, and champion innovative HCP engagement models, including internal and agency led solutions.
- Represent the brand with regional and global partners while contributing to strategic initiatives that advance business objectives and patient care.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Life Sciences, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
- 8+ years of marketing experience.
- Experience developing and executing HCP marketing strategies and promotional campaigns.
- Strong understanding of marketing analytics, campaign measurement, and data-driven decision-making.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams.
- Experience working with healthcare providers and understanding HCP engagement best practices.
- Background utilizing build (internal team and infrastructure) and/or buy (agency partners and external networks) marketing models.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and strategic planning skills.
- Direct neurology, specialty pharmaceutical, or complex therapeutic area experience is a plus.

Pay
Salary range: $200,000-$230,000
