Associate Director, Growth Acquisition & Engagement

For our client, a leader in the healthcare space, we are seeking an Associate Director of Growth Acquisition & Engagement to drive marketing initiatives focused on growth, customer acquisition, brand performance, and measurable demand creation.

About the role

You will collaborate with analytics, product, creative, and commercial teams to turn market insights into scalable campaigns, testing strategies, and performance improvements. The position offers the opportunity to directly influence customer engagement, conversion performance, and revenue growth within a healthcare environment.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available.

Responsibilities

• Define sales product strategy across business lines
• Lead growth acquisition and retention initiatives
• Drive optimization of mail order pharmacy enrollment
• Develop key performance indicators for sales effectiveness
• Analyze data to identify growth opportunities
• Collaborate with marketing and finance for strategic sales plans
• Resolve complex operational problems across departments

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in a related field
• 6+ years in health solutions with leadership experience
• Proven success driving growth via multi-channel strategies
• Experience in cross-functional initiatives and stakeholder influence
• Strong analytical and performance management skills
• Ability to leverage data for acquisition and engagement
• Proficient in financial trend analysis
• Must be passionate about improving consumer experiences

Pay

$138,900 – $191,000 annually
