About the role
As an Associate Director, you will lead strategic initiatives aimed at driving growth across the organization. Reporting directly to the Chief Growth Officer, you will oversee a team of growth strategists and analysts, providing guidance on market trends, competitive analysis, and customer insights.Responsibilities
- Evaluate market trends and competitor strategies to inform growth plans.
- Develop and implement growth strategies that align with company objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on growth initiatives.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in a leadership role within a growth-focused organization.
- Proven track record of successfully leading growth initiatives and achieving business goals.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision making.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders.
- Experience with AI and automation tools is a plus.
