Associate Director, Growth

About the role

As an Associate Director, you will lead strategic initiatives aimed at driving growth across the organization. Reporting directly to the Chief Growth Officer, you will oversee a team of growth strategists and analysts, providing guidance on market trends, competitive analysis, and customer insights.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate market trends and competitor strategies to inform growth plans.
• Develop and implement growth strategies that align with company objectives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on growth initiatives.
• Lead a team of growth strategists and analysts in executing growth plans.
• Analyze data to measure the effectiveness of growth initiatives and make adjustments as needed.
• Stay updated on industry developments and emerging technologies relevant to growth.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in a leadership role within a growth-focused organization.
• Proven track record of successfully leading growth initiatives and achieving business goals.
• Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision making.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders.
• Experience with AI and automation tools is a plus.
