Associate Director, Global Trade Investigations & Disclosures (Remote)

Responsibilities

• Investigate suspected violations of export control laws
• Draft disclosures to government agencies concerning violations
• Manage ongoing investigative caseload effectively
• Collaborate with the broader Global Trade team to address compliance issues
• Report on global trade investigations to leadership
• Document closure of cases with no regulatory suspicion
• Respond to government inquiries and requests for data

Qualifications

• University Degree with 12+ years experience or Advanced Degree with 10+ years experience
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in Global Trade law
• In-depth knowledge of Export Administration Regulations (EAR) and International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR)
• Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
• Proven project and team management capabilities
