Responsibilities
- Investigate suspected violations of export control laws
- Draft disclosures to government agencies concerning violations
- Manage ongoing investigative caseload effectively
- Collaborate with the broader Global Trade team to address compliance issues
- Report on global trade investigations to leadership
- Document closure of cases with no regulatory suspicion
- Respond to government inquiries and requests for data
Qualifications
- University Degree with 12+ years experience or Advanced Degree with 10+ years experience
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in Global Trade law
- In-depth knowledge of Export Administration Regulations (EAR) and International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR)
- Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
- Proven project and team management capabilities
