About the role

The Associate Director will lead financial due diligence engagements for private equity clients, providing in-depth analysis and recommendations to support investment decisions.

Responsibilities

  • Lead complex financial analyses and valuation projects for private equity clients
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop comprehensive financial models and reports
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform investment strategies
  • Prepare and present findings to senior management and client stakeholders
  • Stay current with industry trends and regulatory developments relevant to private equity investments

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in financial analysis and due diligence
  • Experience working with private equity firms and/or venture capital firms is preferred
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Proficiency in Excel and other financial modeling tools

Qualifications

  • Advanced degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality financial due diligence work
  • Experience leading multidisciplinary teams
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Passion for private equity and venture capital industries
