About the role
The Director of Financial Due Diligence will lead financial analysis and valuation projects for potential investments in the private equity advisory firm. This role requires a deep understanding of financial modeling, market analysis, and industry trends.
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive financial due diligence on potential investments, including financial modeling, valuation analysis, and market research.
- Work closely with investment teams to understand client needs and develop tailored solutions.
- Prepare and present detailed reports and recommendations to senior management.
- Stay current with industry developments and regulatory changes that impact investment decisions.
Requirements
- A minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in financial analysis or related field.
- A degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- Experience in private equity or venture capital firms is preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Qualifications
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience working with complex financial models and data analysis tools.
