About the role
The Director of Financial Due Diligence will lead financial analysis and valuation projects for potential investments in the private equity advisory firm. This role requires a deep understanding of financial modeling, industry knowledge, and strong communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Lead financial analysis and valuation projects for potential investments
- Develop detailed financial models and perform sensitivity analyses
- Conduct industry research and provide insights to support investment decisions
- Work closely with investment teams to understand client needs and tailor solutions
- Prepare and present findings to senior management and clients
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
- Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in financial due diligence, preferably in the private equity sector
- Experience with M&A transactions and financial modeling
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field preferred
- CPA certification is a plus
- Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Skills
- Proficiency in Excel and other financial modeling software
- Knowledge of valuation techniques and methodologies
- Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
