Director - Financial Due Diligence - Private Equity Advisory

About the role

The Director of Financial Due Diligence will lead financial analysis and valuation projects for potential investments in the private equity advisory firm. This role requires a deep understanding of financial modeling, industry knowledge, and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead financial analysis and valuation projects for potential investments
• Develop detailed financial models and perform sensitivity analyses
• Conduct industry research and provide insights to support investment decisions
• Work closely with investment teams to understand client needs and tailor solutions
• Prepare and present findings to senior management and clients

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
• Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in financial due diligence, preferably in the private equity sector
• Experience with M&A transactions and financial modeling
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field preferred
• CPA certification is a plus
• Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Skills

• Proficiency in Excel and other financial modeling software
• Knowledge of valuation techniques and methodologies
