The Associate Director, Early Patient Engagement & Professional Societies, will play a key role in advancing early patient engagement, patient insights and patient evidence generation, across our priority therapeutic areas and pipeline programs. This role will ensure that patient perspectives are systematically integrated early into medical strategy, clinical development, evidence generation, patient centered trial engagement, patient education, trial awareness, and systematically incorporate patient insights into our drug development. The successful candidate will be a strong collaborator and self-starter, partnering closely with Global Medical Affairs, Clinical Development, Scientific Communications, Legal/Compliance, Corporate Communication and external stakeholders to support compliant, insight-driven patient engagement and professional society initiatives. This position is remote based in the United States, with travel expected domestically ~25% and internationally as needed for internal meetings, patient advisory boards, professional society meetings, advisory activities, and priority congresses.

Responsibilities

• Support patient evidence generation plans across priority assets, including patient preference, burden of disease, patient experience, unmet need, outcomes, and plain-language evidence initiatives.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to identify patient evidence gaps and prioritize evidence-generation activities aligned to portfolio needs.
• Contribute to patient insight narratives, evidence summaries
