Position:

The Associate Director of Development will develop and implement plans to identify, cultivate, and solicit new prospects and donors for annual/sustaining gifts, with specific goals to be met. They will assist the Director of Development in the staffing of the Foundation Board's Committees.

Experience:

  • 3 to 5 years of direct experience in fundraising, preferably with an organization having demonstrated success in annual or major gift programs, donor relations, and managing volunteers and/or staff.

Education:

  • A Bachelor's degree from a recognized college or university is required.
