About the role
Lead a centralized Delivery, Site & Service organization for the Engineered Buildings product line. This role involves building trusted customer relationships, resolving complex issues, and driving continuous improvement in delivery performance and service profitability. You will serve as a senior customer-facing leader from pre-site readiness through commissioning, warranty, and lifecycle service.
Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop multi-disciplinary site and service teams; set clear objectives, standard work, and performance expectations aligned with business goals.
- Establish centralized capabilities spanning the full Engineered Buildings platform.
- Collaborate with customers and project management to ensure on-time, within-budget, and high-quality jobsite services, including managing schedules, look-ahead plans, and constraints.
- Proactively communicate risks, mitigation plans, and required decisions.
- Manage customer relationships, addressing issues or concerns professionally and promptly.
- Establish clear intake, prioritization, and dispatch processes for timely response, accurate diagnosis, and high-quality repairs.
- Maintain adherence to safety and training requirements for subcontractors and field service crews; institute a safety-first approach.
- Collaborate with carriers to ensure flawless transportation of buildings and resolve shipping damage with internal legal and risk management teams.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, internal field service crews, and crane operators for successful building installation.
- Arrange timely labor deployment for warranty and billable service work.
- Ensure collaboration with Supply Chain on Delivery, Site & Service (DS&S) matters, including receipt of field-installed equipment.
- Oversee planning for travel and accommodations for field service crews.
- Collaborate with Estimating and Engineering teams to prepare BOM and associated costs for warranty and service work.
- Work with Project Management, Operations, and Supply Chain to address planned incomplete shipments and organize efficient recovery with customers.
Requirements
- Academic background in Engineering, Business Administration, Logistics, or a relevant field.
- 12+ years of experience in logistics, project management, or construction management.
- 5+ years of experience in managing teams.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including customer engagement.
- Knowledge of relevant software and tools, including ERP and Microsoft product suite.
- Demonstrated skills in budget management, coordination, and customer service.
- Ability to travel up to 25% domestically.

Pay
Compensation range: $146,300.00 - $271,700.00. Depending on the position offered, the employee may be eligible for annual incentives.
