Job Summary Responsible for supporting Special Servicing operations through the management of disbursements, loan transfers, research requests, and escalations. Serves as a key liaison between Special Servicers and internal stakeholders, ensuring timely resolution of inquiries and effective handling of high-volume workflows. The role requires commercial mortgage servicing knowledge, sound judgment, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Responsibilities Process and track workflow tasks and escalate issues to management or appropriate parties as needed for Special Servicers and internal stakeholders.Review loan documents and assist with processing disbursements, payments, and wire requests according to established procedures.Assist with the transfer of loans into and out of Special Servicing by following documented processes.Handle a high volume of daily activity, including managing emails and processing transactions accurately and efficiently.Monitor personal workload and promptly report any volume or operational concerns to supervisors.Complete assigned tasks within required deadlines while maintaining accuracy in a fast-paced environment.Communicate effectively with Special Servicers, internal teams, and escalate complex issues to senior staff as appropriate.Participate in team training sessions and contribute to the development and maintenance of process documentation.Support the onboarding and training of new team members as directed.Make routine operational decisions within established guidelines and seek guidance for non-standard situations.Apply knowledge of commercial mortgage servicing to perform daily responsibilities and support team operations. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in Commercial Real Estate Loan Management, workout, restructuring, special servicing, and/or property repositioning required. Commercial Loan Management, or equivalent experience demonstrated through work experience, training, military service, or education. Understanding of commercial real estate transactions, industry terms and capital marketsDemonstrated capacity to achieve results in a dynamic setting.Skilled in managing sensitive information while upholding privacy.Handling workload and special projects efficiently.Strong verbal and written communication skills.Organizational and administrative skills.Ability to work both independently and within a team environment.
