Required Qualifications

  • 6+ months of Customer Service, Financial Services or Contact Center experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Desired Qualifications

  • 1+ years of financial customer service experience
  • 1+ years of experience in asset movement
  • Experience processing complex transactions and performing extensive research to resolve complex customer inquiries

Job Expectations

  • Work Schedule: Monday through Friday between the hours of 8:00am to 7:00pm EST
  • This position is not eligible for Visa sponsorship
  • This position offers a hybrid work schedule
  • Willingness to work on-site at stated location on the job opening
