Assign Planned Maintenance work orders from ServiceMax queue to appropriate Field Service Engineer Process good receipts when parts/instruments arrive Assist other personnel with other duties when demand peaks Data Entry experience. Educational Requirement High school diploma with 2 years of experience in data entry and customer service. or Associate degree with minimum data entry and customer service experience.
