Responsibilities
- Proactively engage in outbound activities to develop sales pipeline, deepen advisor relationships, and close new business opportunities.
- Meet or exceed defined activity metrics and sales goals through virtual presentations and client meetings.
- Work with Directors (external sales) on territory management, meeting preparation, and follow-up activities.
- Collaborate with other Associate Directors (internal sales) to drive and execute sales campaigns for new growth opportunities.
- Respond to advisor inquiries with timely information on investment strategies and market positioning.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree with at least 2 years of work-related experience, preferably in sales, brokerage, or asset management.
- Familiarity with SMA, ETF, Mutual Fund, and/or Direct Indexing strategies.
- Highly motivated and results-driven with effective sales communication skills.
- Thrives in a team environment with strong relationship-building and collaboration skills.
- Detail-oriented with effective time management, organization, and execution focus.
- FINRA Series 7 and Series 63 & 65 (or ability to obtain within 90 days).
Qualifications
- Strong understanding of financial markets and investment strategies.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with advisors.
- Experience in sales and marketing preferred.

Pay
The target base salary range for this position is $85,000 - $100,000. Salaries are determined based on internal equity, internal salary ranges, market data/ranges, applicant’s skills and prior relevant experience, certain degrees, and certifications.
Schedule
Full-time position with remote work options available.
