As an Associate Director, You Will:

• Support the director with training and orientation of staff following Company and state guidelines.
• Aid in scheduling and arranging for substitutes to meet state ratios.
• Conduct tours for potential families according to the Company's protocol.
• Assist the Center Director with maintaining a physical environment compliant with licensing standards.
• Help with reporting and administrative tasks, and maintain files in an organized manner.
• Manage inventory of supplies, equipment, and materials necessary for program activities.
• Pursue opportunities for professional development by attending and participating in staff development.
• Support the Center Director in meeting state licensing requirements and ensuring compliance with all BBMA policies and procedures.
• Fill in for teacher breaks and offer guidance and support to teachers.
• Be flexible regarding business demands, including cooking, cleaning, driving the bus, and working in a classroom when needed.

Requirements

• A minimum of two years working in Early Childhood Development.
• A minimum of CDA or TCC completed.
• Able to complete all licensing requirements as indicated by the state in which the school resides.
• An active communicator who can clearly articulate the progress of children within the center to parents and families.
• Knowledgeable on CMS and other customer-facing systems.
• The ability to learn quickly and assist with billing or other government programs.
