Responsibilities
- Works with the Director and Leadership to develop, track and report on Project Narrative deliverables throughout the lifespan of assigned projects.
- Ensures that all work products and deliverables are completed in a timely manner and meet or exceed quality standards for CDP and are in line with the needed quality standards for the client and partners.
- Serves as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) within CDP, developing and delivering workshops for military and civilian behavioral health providers.
- Ensures all curriculum developed is fully informed by current research, clinical practice guidelines, and standards of care.
- Represents CDP in meetings with external stakeholders and with relevant contract partners on a regular basis, providing accurate briefings and updates on contract timelines and work products.
- May include budgetary responsibility to include planning/forecasting and assisting in preparation.
- Prepares scholarly manuscripts for publication and presents at national and/or international conferences in order to disseminate the work conducted by the Consortium.
Qualifications
- Master’s Degree is required. Doctoral Degree in Clinical or Counseling Psychology or related scientific discipline is preferred.
- Minimum of 6-8 years of experience required.
- Knowledge of suicide prevention research; clinical trials methodology; suicide prevention assessment tools; cognitive behavior therapy, particularly Post Admission Cognitive Therapy; safety planning.
- Ability to work with highly vulnerable at-risk military populations.
- Knowledge of evidenced based military behavioral health care.
- Military background strongly preferred.
- Clinical experience especially with EBPs is strongly preferred.
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing personnel.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to achieve complex deliverables in a timely, organized, and highly professional manner.
- Ability to obtain a T1/Public Trust background check.
