About the role
We are seeking a dynamic and highly skilled Senior Manager to join our fast-growing advisory team. This role is ideal for professionals who bring deep expertise in US GAAP technical accounting, global delivery operations, and strategic client advisory. You will lead high-impact client engagements, guide global teams, and drive innovation in service delivery — all while playing a key role in expanding client relationships and building our firm’s future.
Requirements
- Experienced Expert: 10+ years in public accounting with strong specialization in US GAAP advisory. At least 5 of those years have been spent in a senior management role.
- Certified Professional: CPA is mandatory. Additional certifications like CFA, CIA, or CISA are a plus.
- Global Mindset: Well-versed in managing global teams and understanding the dynamics of cross-border collaboration.
- Business Builder: Proven record of identifying growth opportunities and delivering value to clients.
- Strong Communicator: Exceptional interpersonal and leadership skills, passionate about building relationships — internally and externally.
- Change Driver: Thrives in evolving environments and has the vision to improve processes and the discipline to execute them.

The good-faith estimated base salary range for this position is: $140k - $200k.
