About the role
The role is for Associate Directors who will lead client work, drive teams, and contribute to AI-enhanced advisory.
Responsibilities
- Take strategic responsibility for clients' communications challenges
- Build advisory relationships with senior stakeholders
- Manage and develop others through coaching and feedback
- Guide colleagues in developing AI capabilities
- Contribute to new business opportunities
- Shape our culture through feedback, learning, and inclusivity
Requirements
- 8+ years of corporate communications experience
- Experience working with technology companies and/or investors
- Strategic approach to reputation challenges
- Experience building advisory relationships with senior stakeholders
- Integrated approach to communications campaigns
- Experience managing and developing others
- Existing network within technology, policy, media, or investor communities
- Strong grasp of AI tools and their application in advisory work
- Intellectual curiosity to develop expertise in new areas
- Entrepreneurial approach to building networks
- Commitment to seeking feedback and contributing to an inclusive culture
