About the role

Join Adelphi within Omnicom’s strategy and planning function to contribute to research and insights initiatives. The role offers a competitive salary range of $90,000 - $110,000.

Responsibilities

• Conduct market research and analyze data to inform strategic decisions
• Develop and maintain databases for tracking industry trends and client insights
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver actionable insights
• Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as marketing, business, psychology, or a related discipline
• Minimum 3 years of experience in market research or a similar field
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in statistical software
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines

Qualifications

• Experience with qualitative and quantitative research methods
• Knowledge of market research tools and techniques
• Understanding of data analysis and reporting

Skills

• Proficiency in Excel, SPSS, or similar statistical software
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
