About the role
The Associate Digital Support Specialist will provide the daily operation of the Customer Support function for GreenStone customers with the Customer Portal and online banking products.
Responsibilities
- Answer phone calls and emails from external customers using MyAccess and Online Banking.
- Help customers log in to their accounts and answer any questions they may have about our digital tools.
- Engage with customers to provide feedback to the applications services team to improve the user experience.
Requirements
- High School diploma
- 1+ years of technical or business experience
- 1+ years of customer service experience
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science or related majors preferred.
- A proven track record of excellent customer service experience.
- Experience with Farm Credit business processes is desired.

Pay

Schedule
- Consistent schedule of 8:00am-4:30pm Eastern, Monday – Friday
- Weekly On-Call support from 5:30pm-8:00pm Eastern, Monday – Friday
- Hybrid schedule with a minimum of one week on-site training in the Corporate Office within the first 30 days
