Associate -Digital Product Management - Digital Workplace

Responsibilities

• Support the day-to-day product management of Microsoft 365 enterprise productivity services used across business units
• Aid in planning, coordinating, and executing product enhancements, releases, and platform updates impacting end users
• Help identify opportunities to improve employee workflows, productivity, and user experience across Office applications
• Partner with senior product managers to ensure a consistent, scalable, and user-centered experience across all M365 tools
• Evaluate how employees interact with Microsoft 365 tools and identify opportunities to improve usability and consistency, reduce friction in daily workflows, and enable more effective cross-tool collaboration
• Support product initiatives related to Microsoft 365 Copilot across enterprise productivity scenarios
• Assist in evaluating and documenting use cases where Copilot enhances
• Validate Copilot functionality, output quality, and user experience across applications
• Support development of best practices, usage guidance, and training materials for end users adopting AI capabilities
• Engage with stakeholders, gather requirements and feedback, and synthesize end-user insights into actionable recommendations
• Communicate product updates and changes to impacted user groups
• Build understanding of enterprise user needs across functions (e.g., Finance, Operations, Risk, HR)

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in Product Management, Product Operations, or Digital Workplace roles
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft 365 applications, including Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and OneNote
• Understanding of how Microsoft 365 tools are used in enterprise business workflows
• Experience supporting product updates, system enhancements, or enterprise technology implementations
• Strong organizational and documentation skills with attention to detail
• Ability to translate business needs and user feedback into clear product requirements
• Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate across technical and business stakeholders
