Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business management, computer science, information systems, or a closely related field, or equivalent years of related work experience.
- 1‑3+ years digital product management experience, preferably in e‑commerce, order management, or related digital domains.
- 1‑3+ years product development experience for a consumer‑facing website or digital product (order management, omnichannel, or e‑commerce) with a proven track record of launching new product features.
Responsibilities
- Execute day‑to‑day tasks of the assigned product vertical.
- Ensure continuous delivery of value‑add features for customers, working with delivery partners to define the why and when.
- Continuously monitor and report on KPIs to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement.
- Partner with other Product Owners, PDMs, and cross‑functional teams to maximize revenue and customer‑experience opportunities.
- Collaborate with the UX team to ideate, deliver, and test better site experiences, participating in A/B test conversations.
- Translate successful tests into new site features and launch them for customers.
- Participate in agile scrum ceremonies to make product decisions that drive daily value.
- Work with the agile scrum team to deliver digital experiences that meet customer expectations and provide business value.
- Write user stories and maintain a prioritized backlog to support roadmaps and business objectives.
- Partner with Quality Assurance and User Acceptance Testers to ensure delivered products meet business objectives and launch criteria.
- Perform pre‑ and post‑launch analysis to measure and report on product performance metrics.
- Proactively apply critical thinking to make the right decisions for customers and the business.
- Support team members and act as a collaborative team player.
- Develop a thorough understanding of Academy’s policies, procedures, and safety rules.
- Adapt to changing duties and perform other assigned tasks as needed.

- Experience with Agile methodology and principles.
- Experience with JIRA or similar tools (preferred, not required).
- Experience with data analytics tools (preferred, not required).
- Experience in supply chain or operations management (preferred, not required).
