About the Role

We are a well-established, patient-centered dental group seeking an experienced General Dentist to join our Rocky Mount-Sunset, NC practice. This is a Friday-only opportunity for a clinician who is confident in their skills, values autonomy, or a new grad looking for mentorship. This practice has an established patient base, consistent daily volume, and is comfortable seeing Medicaid patients.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive general dentistry including exams, restorative, extractions, and preventive care
• Develop and present treatment plans with a focus on patient education and case acceptance
• Collaborate with a supportive clinical team in a well-equipped, organized practice environment
• Contribute to a culture of clinical excellence and outstanding patient experience

Qualifications

• DMD or DDS from an accredited dental school
• Confidence in diagnosis, treatment planning, and case presentation
• A doctor who takes pride in their work and values long-term patient relationships

Skills

• Clinical confidence in procedures such as molar endo
• Ability to build lasting patient relationships
• Team-first attitude and genuine passion for patient care
