About the role

We are actively seeking an Associate Dentist to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will support our mission to provide excellent dental care in the community and help us create more smiles and memorable experiences for children and adults.

Responsibilities

• Provide dental services to patients under the supervision of licensed dentists.
• Collaborate with a team of hygienists, dental assistants, and office staff to ensure efficient and effective patient care.
• Adhere to all state and federal regulations regarding dental practices, including OSHA and HIPAA guidelines.
• Participate in morning huddles and team-building activities to foster a positive work environment.
• Engage with patients of all ages, particularly those in the 3-21 range, to promote a positive image of the company.

Requirements

• Completed DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school.
• A current, valid license to practice dentistry in the state(s) where providing care.
• Knowledge of and ability to comply with OSHA and HIPAA regulations.
• Experience with DentaPro software and digital x-ray and Panorex units.
• Basic understanding of fiber-optic handpieces.
• Knowledge of basic emergency management procedures.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
