About the role
The Associate Customer Success Manager will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction through proactive communication and problem-solving.Responsibilities

Requirements

- Experience with CRM systems and project management tools.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proven track record of building and maintaining strong relationships with clients.
