About the role
Responsible for providing exceptional customer service through various channels including phone, email, chat, and social media. Conducting initial assessments, resolving issues, and escalating complex cases as needed.
Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls in a professional manner
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via email and chat
- Escalate difficult or complex issues to supervisors or management
- Utilize CRM tools to manage customer interactions and track progress
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and gather feedback
- Adhere to company policies and procedures
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work independently and under pressure
- Basic computer literacy, including familiarity with CRM software
- Experience in customer service preferred
