About the role

You will manage a the post-sale portfolio of smaller or lower-spend customers, ensuring they achieve measurable value and remain engaged throughout their lifecycle. You’ll drive product adoption, monitor customer health, and proactively identify risks and opportunities. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys building relationships, and is eager to grow within Customer Success.

Responsibilities

  • Owning post-sale relationships for a portfolio of smaller accounts.
  • Driving product adoption, usage, and satisfaction through proactive engagement.
  • Monitoring customer health and usage trends to identify risks and opportunities.
  • Conducting regular check-ins and success reviews to ensure value realization.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve issues and support renewals.
  • Maintaining CRM and Customer Success tools for visibility and accountability.
  • Contributing to scalable processes and content that enhance the CS function.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communication, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 1–3 years in Customer Success, Account Management, or similar role within a SaaS company.
  • Proficiency in CRM and Customer Success platforms; eagerness to learn and grow.

Pay and Schedule

  • Target total cash compensation range: $70,700 USD - $131,300 USD.
  • Pay is positioned within the range based on several factors including an individual’s knowledge, skills and experience with consideration given to internal equity.
