About the role

Amazon's Legal Department is seeking an Associate Corporate Counsel to support Amazon Web Services, a leading provider of cloud computing and service solutions.

Responsibilities

• Transactional drafting and negotiation of commercial agreements
• Provision of ongoing legal counsel to business leaders
• Advising on regulatory and compliance matters
• Assisting with marketing-related activities

Requirements

• 2+ years of post-bar legal experience
• Juris Doctor and active member of a state bar or equivalent

Qualifications

• Experience in corporate law, preferably in web services/cloud computing, software licensing, telecommunications or similar fields
• Ability to work independently and make decisions in ambiguous situations

Pay

The base salary range for this position is $131,500.00 - $178,000.00 annually.
