About the Role

The Onsite Associate Community Manager will assist the on-site management office with administrative responsibilities, allowing our General Manager to focus on key objectives and deliver exceptional service that prioritizes people over profits.

Responsibilities

  • Board packet assembly, including copying, binding, labeling envelopes, and mailing when applicable.
  • Updating association websites, including uploading current documents, updating board member positions, posting meeting dates, posting minutes, and sending email blasts.
  • Monthly billing and newsletters.
  • Assisting with the architectural application process.
  • Occasional filing.
  • Creating work orders for vendors, following up on their status, and updating notes.
  • Additional duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • 4-year college degree preferred but not required.
  • 1-2 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Extraordinary customer service skills.
  • Exceptional writing and communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Proficient in reviewing and understanding budgets and financial statements.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Honest, responsible, optimistic, and personable demeanor.

Skills

  • Excellent computer abilities to navigate care systems and Microsoft Office.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Basic data-entry and typing skills.
  • Basic mathematical abilities.
  • Stable employment record with regular, predictable attendance.
  • Ability to communicate effectively in a respectful and positive manner.
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods throughout the workday.
  • Frequent bending, stooping, kneeling, crouching, climbing, reaching, twisting, and squatting.
  • Frequent use of hands and arms for grasping, handling, pushing, pulling, and operating equipment.
  • Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 pounds on a regular basis.
  • Ability to safely operate cleaning equipment, hand tools, ladders, and maintenance equipment.
  • Ability to work both indoors and outdoors in varying environmental conditions.
  • Sufficient visual acuity and hearing to identify safety hazards and perform duties safely.
