Why do we need you? The Associate Commercial Territory Manager for the DE NEEF® business will support commercial growth across the Southern region by partnering with contractors, applicators, engineers, distributors, owners, and project teams to identify opportunities for leak sealing, below-grade waterproofing, soil stabilization, and concrete repair applications. This early-career role is designed for someone who is eager to learn the construction chemicals business, develop territory management skills, build customer relationships, and grow into a commercial sales career with support from experienced sales and technical leaders. Supports commercial territory growth by partnering with sales, technical service, distributors, and applicators to identify project opportunities in the Southern region.Develops a working understanding of the DE NEEF® product portfolio, including injection grouts, leak sealing, waterproofing, and related construction chemical solutions.Assists with customer visits, project tracking, territory planning, product demonstrations, jobsite observations, and follow-up activities that support the sales process.Builds relationships with contractors, applicators, distributors, engineers, owners, and other project stakeholders through consistent communication and follow-through.Helps maintain accurate customer, opportunity, and project information in company tools to support territory visibility and pipeline management.Coordinates with internal partners to provide customers with timely product information, samples, technical resources, pricing support, and basic project follow-up.Participates in training, trade events, customer meetings, and educational sessions to continue building product knowledge, commercial acumen, and industry awareness.Travels throughout the assigned Southern territory to support customer meetings, project activity, and field learning opportunities. Is this job for you? Bachelor’s degree in building science, architecture, engineering, business, or a similar discipline preferred; or four years of equivalent training and experience that provides knowledge of construction practices, laws, and regulations in lieu of a degree 1+ years of applied professional experience, including customer relationship management, sales, consultative selling, or a related customer-facing role Interest in commercial sales, construction, infrastructure, concrete repair, waterproofing, or specialty building products Demonstrated ability to establish rapport, network effectively, and build quality relationships with customers, field teams, and internal partners Strong interpersonal, negotiation, problem-solving, organization, follow-up, and customer-service skills Excellent presentation skills, with strong written and verbal communication abilities High level of independence, self-motivation, and comfort managing priorities in a territory-based role Valid driver’s license, ability to successfully pass an MVR background check, and willingness to travel within the Southern region to visit active construction or repair project sites as needed A Little More About Us Chryso and GCP, Saint-Gobain brands in our Construction Chemicals business, are leading global designer and manufacturer of high-quality concrete admixture thanks to a strong commitment to research and innovation, coupled with adherence to the strictest manufacturing standards in the industry.
