About the Role
The Associate, Collision & Mechanical Parts Pricing position supports the pricing of all Collision & Mechanical parts. You will work with management to develop and implement effective pricing strategies that meet competitive market demands while achieving corporate profit objectives.
Responsibilities
- Perform market research and study market conditions relative to parts pricing to ensure competitiveness.
- Monitor pricing actions to evaluate effectiveness and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Interface with MOBIS on pricing issues and resolution.
- Research pricing inquiries from Field Ops, regions, and internal users; support resolution.
- Support parts profitability through analysis of historical data, projected sales, and gross profit margins.
- Manage daily maintenance of parts pricing for the Parts Master file.
- Review FOB, MSL, and MPI pricing from vendors.
- Maintain and update parts pricing databases to ensure data integrity and accuracy.
- Ensure Dealer Parts Price files are completed accurately and on time.
- Support pricing recommendations through data analysis and industry experience.
- Assist with parts pricing activities and other duties as needed.
- Conduct parts pricing research to support OEM benchmark and aftermarket strategies.
- Prepare, review, and distribute Month End reports.
- Support the Collision & Mechanical Parts Pricing team in developing and maintaining daily, weekly, monthly, and ad-hoc status reports.
- Support the annual department budget, monitor monthly budget compliance, and resolve variance issues.
- Facilitate invoice processing and approvals with internal departments.
- Accept FOB, MSL, MPI pricing from various vendors.
- Apply Dealer, Wholesale, Suggested Retail, Core charges pricing applications based on department policy.
- Perform daily tasks and analyses following established processes.
Requirements
- High School graduate (Bachelor's degree preferred).
- Two or more years of experience, with at least one year of directly related experience in pricing.
- Automotive understanding of vehicle parts, parts pricing, parts sales, or parts operational experience preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently, under pressure, handle multiple priorities, and pay close attention to detail.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams, PowerPoint).
- Ability to thrive in a team environment and perform in a fast-paced setting.
- Excellent analytical and numerical skills.

- Compensation Range: $56,550 - $78,000
