What You Will Be Doing
- Supporting 3-4 case supervisors as they grow their clinical and decision-making skills
- Design and implement individualized, naturalistic ABA for children ages 2-6 in a center-based setting
- Collaborate with a dynamic interdisciplinary clinical team (SLP, OT, psychology, developmental pediatrics) on assessments and integrated treatment plans
- Use ESDM-informed strategies (training provided, ESDM experience not required)
- Provide weekly hours of billable supervision, focusing on supervision of trainees during their first 6 weeks at Soar, and case supervisors preparing for the BCBA exam
- Assist the Clinical Trainer in organizing and hosting quarterly, center-level continuing education events for BCBAs and RBTs

Minimum Qualifications
- Minimum of a master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Special Education, or a related field
- Preferred candidates have a background in child development, early childhood education, or a related field
- 2 or more years of experience as Board Certified Behavior Analyst
- ABA early intervention experience
- A mission-driven nature focused on care quality for kids
- A strong desire to work with clients ages 2-6
- A clear professional communication, both verbally and in writing
- Fluency in navigating devices such as computers and tablets
