Responsibilities
- Provide expert clinical product/technical assistance and training to physicians and their clinical staff on the effective use of Venus Concept’s systems in a manner that leads to meeting and exceeding business goals.
- Manage and strategically prioritize accounts, scheduling, and other clinical training requests effectively.
- Educate existing and prospective customers on all Venus Concept products to optimize effective usage by providing technical and clinical information and in-service or web-based trainings.
- Drive collaboration and maintain consistent, open lines of communication across the assigned responsibilities with the local team (i.e. TM, BDM and other Clinical Trainers), as well as the Director of Training and Professional Education and other internal and external partners.
- Represent Venus Concept by attending trade shows, conferences, and customer or industry related events to build network and market services.
- Aid in managing the clinical support email box and coverage, provide guidance and feedback to clinical team responses and communications.
- Conduct re-trainings post clinical complaint event (in person or virtually).
- Stay abreast of the industry and new technologies (especially competitors) and stay current on company products instructions for use, best practices and technical troubleshooting, as well as relevant scientific clinical literature and new product information.
- Prioritize and appropriately respond to requests in a high-stress environment.
- Communicate any challenges and or issues to Manager, Clinical Training – Aesthetics.
Qualifications
- Academic education shall include RN, LPN, RPN or Aesthetic license.
- Bilingual (Spanish) a plus, but not mandatory.
- Experience in energy-based medical devices is an advantage.
- Previous experience working with or training with capital equipment is a plus.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong written and oral communication skills as well as the ability to give presentations to a wide spectrum of audiences, both internally and externally.
- Strong time management skills.
- Computer Proficiency (MS Office/Outlook/SalesForce).
- Must have ability to showcase how to perform a treatment and assist others in performing 30–60-minute treatments throughout the course of 6-8 hour training sessions.
- Standing and continuous motion of both arms is required.
Additional Requirements
- Must have a valid driver’s license and a valid passport.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
- Availability and flexibility to work when required, including evenings and weekends as needed.
- Support local training and events within a 3-hour radius from home remote office.
- Responsible for organizing and participating in in-house training and new hire orientation sessions including coordinating dates and details with the Events Team, creating agendas, coordinating refreshments and meals and any other details required.
- Managing logistics for Clinical Training events including Venus Academy, Nexthetics, Masters Classes, etc.
Compensation & Benefits
Base salary range: $80,000-$100,000
