Associate Brand Manager
About the role
The Associate Brand Manager will play a critical role leading brands for Plush category. This is a 4-day per week position in the office.
Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage internal systems to drive key brand operations including product set-up, financial/PL set-up, wave management, and product number creation.
- Support all marketing activities including (but not limited to) digital media, TV and video production, social media, eCommerce, packaging, branding, public relations, and trade shows.
- Present new brand and product lines, strategies, plans, and results to internal sales team and external partners.
- Oversee both industry and public facing trade shows from planning to execution.
- Lead small set of low-complexity products and assist in managing projects related to greater product development activities.
- Support category and consumer research by helping to develop research materials and product samples.
- Manage licensor communications including gaining approvals on marketing assets.
Requirements
Experience in the consumer products industry, preferably in toy, entertainment, fashion, electronics, or other pop culture products. Understands brand guidelines and standards to champion the brand, and ensure consistent and compelling brand representations. Conducts market analysis to understand key trends for consumers. Domestic and International travel required at times. Proficient in MS Office Suite.
Qualifications
The anticipated pay range for candidates who will work in New York is $75,000 to $85,000 Per Annum. The offered pay to a successful candidate will be dependent on several factors that may include but are not limited to years of experience within the job, years of experience within the required industry, education, etc.

Pay
