By sitting within the Dentsu Aegis Network and partnering with the Carat Media Strategy, Planning, Investment, and Insights teams, Carat Content maximizes and leverages brand spending and communications media-led content with publishers or creators through the lens of a content-first strategy.
About the Role
Carat Content is looking for an Associate to work on the Procter & Gamble (P&G) line of business, providing the key admin role in supporting the team. The Associate will gain exposure to content-related initiatives while managing key internal processes to assist the team in driving the vision and business forward. This is a hybrid role, requiring 3 days per week in the office. Candidates must reside in New York City.
Responsibilities
- Support team members with all admin-focused tasks
- Support NDA compliance for the content team
- Collaborate internally and with media partners to ensure key team initiatives and marketplace discovery are upkept in a timely, organized fashion
- Coordinate vendor meetings while ensuring partners receive timely responses and proper attention
- Provide consistent internal updates and notes coming out of partner meetings
- Support partner review documentation
- Support team members with brainstorms and research
- Assist in curating Carat Content department deliverables for the P&G team
Qualifications & Skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while being timeline and deadline oriented
- Ability to communicate information effectively and confidently in both verbal and written formats
- Entrepreneurial spirit, curiosity, and team-oriented mindset
- Highest levels of professionalism and articulation
- Software/Program Proficiency: Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, and understanding of social media platforms

Pay
The annual salary for this position is $45,000. We base placement within the salary range on a variety of factors, including relevant experience and other factors permitted by law.
Location: New York, hybrid (3 days per week in the office). Full-time, permanent role.
