Associate Branch Manager

About the role
- Responsible for budgets, sales, and market penetration across multiple branches, as well as increasing revenue and profitability
- Lead and develop Management Trainees, Rental Sales Agents, and Fleet Service Agents through regular performance reviews and meetings
- Recruit new team members in collaboration with the Talent team and coach other managers in the recruitment process
- Manage the vehicle fleet, operational tasks (e.g., health and safety, corporate CI, defleets), and delegate tasks to ensure efficient workflows
- Ensure a premium customer service culture, handle complaints, and work with regional managers to optimize processes
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree with at least 2 (junior) or 3 (senior) years of experience in sales and customer service, plus 2 years in a supervisory role or 5 years of work experience without a degree, including 2 years as a manager in car rental or relevant experience
- Good supervisory skills and strong communication abilities, including multilingual skills (a plus)
- Exceptional interpersonal and relationship-building abilities
- Highly organized with excellent customer service skills
- Authorized to work in the United States without requiring work authorization sponsorship now or in the future
- At least 18 years old with a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record
- Able to work day and evening shifts

Pay
Yearly salary of at least $72,000 plus bonus.
