Responsibilities
- Oversee your own caseload while collaborating with senior attorneys to craft winning litigation strategies.
- Engage in significant client interaction, honing your legal skills across various complex cases.
- Work on Premises Liability, Personal Injury, Trucking, and related cases for some of the busiest companies in the US.
- Experience in defense litigation is essential, with a focus on insurance-related cases or general liability.
- Experience with transportation defense is a welcome bonus but not required.
Qualifications & Experience
- At least 2 years of litigation experience, with a focus on insurance-related cases or general liability.
- Juris Doctor degree required.
- Active license to practice law in Texas.
