Responsibilities
- Advise clients on corporate litigation and insurance defense strategies
- Conduct thorough legal research and write persuasive legal documents
- Negotiate settlements and represent clients in court
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to achieve business-driven legal solutions
- Travel as needed to attend depositions, hearings, and trials
Requirements

- Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school
- Admission to the State Bar of Texas
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in corporate litigation/insurance defense
- Strong research and writing skills

- Strong organizational and time management skills

- Proficiency with AI tools for legal document review and analysis
